How to rotate pages in a PDF
- Drop a PDF into the box above, or click it to choose one. A thumbnail of every page appears.
- Click a page to turn it 90° clockwise, or choose which pages to turn and click Turn left, Turn right or Upside down.
- Check the thumbnails — turned pages are outlined and labelled with their new angle.
- Download the rotated PDF. It updates automatically after every change.
Changed your mind? Click a page again to keep turning it, hold Shift to turn it back the other way, or press Reset to return every page to how it was. Your original file is not changed; the rotated copy is a separate download.
Turn one page, some pages or all of them

Landscape and Portrait pick pages by how they look right now, including turns you have already made, so clicking Landscape pages → Turn right twice does not turn the same pages twice by accident: after the first click they are no longer landscape.
Fix sideways and upside-down pages automatically
In a long document it is easy to miss the one table printed sideways on page 37. Fix sideways pages reads the direction the text runs on every page and turns each page whose text is sideways or upside down, so it reads normally. Pages that are already upright are left alone, and pages with too little text to be sure are not touched either — a page with a single rotated label is not worth guessing about.
This works for any PDF with real text: documents exported from Word, Google Docs or a web page, and scans that have been through OCR. A plain scan without OCR is only a picture of the page, so there is no text direction to read. The tool tells you how many pages it could not check, and those you can turn with a click.
Rotate a PDF and save it that way
Most PDF viewers can rotate a document, but only on your screen. In the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, for example, View > Rotate View turns the pages until you close the file; open it again, or send it to someone, and it is sideways once more. Browser viewers in Chrome and Edge behave the same way.
This tool changes the document instead. Every PDF page carries an orientation setting, and the rotated copy you download has that setting updated, so the pages open the right way everywhere — in any viewer, on any phone, when printed and when uploaded to a form or a portal.
Nothing is redrawn, so nothing is lost
Because only the orientation setting changes, the contents of each page are untouched. Text stays sharp, selectable and searchable, photos keep their exact quality, and the file stays almost exactly the same size. Links inside the document and to websites keep working, bookmarks still jump to the right pages, and form fields and comments stay in place on the turned pages.

Private by design
The PDF is opened, turned and saved inside your browser tab. It is never uploaded, so there is no copy on a server to worry about and no limit on file size, page count or how many documents you rotate — useful when the file is a signed contract, a tax form or a scanned ID.
